God’s plan for my son was certainly much different than what I had in mind. He knew Luke could do more for this world as an angel living in Heaven rather then spending his time here on earth. My precious son is the life, breath, and inspiration behind this organization. Welcome to Luke Lives On.
About Us
Created from the heart of an angel mom, Luke Lives On is focused on providing a positive grieving to healing journey for families who experience perinatal loss or early infant death. We do this through the gift of a simple box filled with comfort items and support resources.
The philosophy of Luke Lives On is inspired by Luke 10. We are to “love our neighbors as ourselves” and show compassion to those in need.
What We Do
Luke Lives On (LLO) creates and distributes boxes to those in need of comfort, support and direction. We partner with hospitals that lack resources and financial support to aid grieving families post-delivery by donating boxes semi-annually, with distribution in the months of January and June. Both months serve to memorialize Luke, as he was born an angel on January 21st, 2011 and was due June 14th, 2011. We also freely ship boxes to families who have lost a baby. Neither gestational age nor time since loss matter, as we know all loss is heartbreaking and healing can be a slow and steady process.
